I don't get the chance to do it as often as I'd like to of course, but when I do, it makes me happier. Is this the norm? Not all movies do this for me. Just a handful.
The Notebook is one of them. The scenery and costume design in this movie make you feel as if you are actually there. I love to escape into that movie every chance I can get. Which ones do it for you?
I should mention that I love the house he built for her ; )
Thanks for dropping by my blog. The notebook is fabulous....the scenery, the story...LOVE IT!!!!
ReplyDeleteamazing movie, love your blog!
ReplyDeleteThat is indeed a classic love story. The way they looked at one another, longed for one another. A wonderful movie.

ReplyDeleteThis is too funny! I've just stumbled across your blog and the first post I read is about The Notebook - it is my all time favourite book, and it was on TV here in Australia last night. I've read the book about 5 times in the last 3 or 4 years, but have only watched the movie twice. My hubby brought me the DVD when I finished reading the book. Such a beautiful story, and yes the house he built is wonderful! She is so lucky :)
