Kitchen of my dreams

So as I start this new journey I can't help but get overwhelmed by all of the talent that surrounds me.  Goodness sakes!  The ideas people come up with astound me.  I'm inspired by so many.  One of my favorite websites to visit is HGTV.  I go there usually only to search "Rate My Space."  My dream kitchen is a white country cabinet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a floor that I haven't quite decided on. I'm leaning toward a bamboo type wood, or the opposite end of the spectrum, a black stained wood.

I will be sure to post pictures of my home and all of the rooms in it and this will most definitely be a work in progress type blog.  You will be able to see from my pictures of my house that I pretty much have a blank slate to work with.

I came across this kitchen redo on "Rate My Space", and thought I'd post it simply because of the motivation it gives me.  Also because the kitchen set up is similar to the one I have.

                                                         Perfect in my opinion.

This picture is absolutely stunning!  I love this kitchen!

I'm in love with this sink, and the backsplash.

  2. Yes, dream kitchen!!! Thanks so much for following my [also rookie] blog. Seems we have a few things in common...your "about me" pretty much sums me up, we designed our own blogs, and it seems we both love white & cream...and Pottery Barn (I noticed the pic in your sidebar)! Can't wait to see more. I'm following you now, too!
